Trust your talents
How do we, as a family business, become future-proof? What strategic challenges await us as a logistics service provider? Fifteen top international talents from the FIEGE world spent several weeks addressing these questions in order to identify the major megatrends that will shape our society and, in particular, our industry by 2030. Our colleagues presented their interesting results in the auditorium of our X-Dock. We asked our board members what key learnings they took with them and which of the top talents' hypotheses surprised them most.
