In this regard, we as the FIEGE Group are issuing a declaration of principles on Human Rights. This is in addition to the FIEGE Group's Code of Conduct, which is the basis of our cooperation with our employees and also of our contractual relationships with our customers and suppliers.

The Josef Fiege Foundation.
Social commitment is especially dear to us. For this reason, Heinz and Dr. Hugo Fiege called to life the Josef Fiege Stiftung – a foundation in honour of their late father – in 1998. The foundation merges all our CSR activities and coordinates regional donations for projects that support man and nature. Moreover, the foundation acts as an advisory committee to our corporate group.

By using the following link, third persons and employees of the FIEGE Group can submit reports and information – also in an anonymous manner – on possible violations of human rights or on environmental hazards/damage by suppliers/pre-suppliers of the FIEGE Group with regard to the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz - LkSG).
